Clinical Labs of Hawaii’s Physician Portal provides physicians and their staff secure, real-time access to patient laboratory reports. Review your patient lab reports any time, any day from any smart device. Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions (FAQ).

Account Information

  1. Contact your CLH Sales Representative or call (808) 677-7998.
  2. Access to the website is free.
  3. It is important to us to protect your privacy and secure your lab information. After signing into the Physician Portal and if your keyboard remains idle for 10 minutes or more, you will be automatically signed out of the Physician Portal. We recommend you sign out of the Physician Portal when you are finished viewing your information or if you need to step away from your computer. Please keep your Physician Portal username and password confidential.
  4. Contact your CLH Sales Representative or call (808) 677-7998 to begin the account closure process. Note when you close your Physician Portal account, you will no longer be able to sign in to the Physician Portal.

Lab Report

  1. Yes, you are able to view pathology reports resulted after November 2013. Pathology reports dated on or prior to November 2013 may not be available on the Physician Portal. If this is the case or if you are having problems viewing a lab report, please contact your client account service representative.
  2. Yes, you are able to save lab reports in Portable Document Format (PDF) or print them directly from the Physician Portal. Note to view saved or to print lab reports, you must have a PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader) installed on your electronic device.

  1. You must have an electronic device with an internet connection and internet browser. For optimal viewing we recommend one of the following browsers with java-script enabled:
    • Internet Explorer 9.x or higher
    • Google Chrome 36.x or higher
    • Safari 6.x or higher
    • Mozilla Firefox 35.x or higher
    To view saved or to print lab reports, you must have a Portable Document Format (PDF) reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader) installed on your electronic device.
